Learning to speak Swedish is offered free of charge across Sweden. You can sign up for classes in the university, as well as in programs not involved with the university.
- Folkuniversitet
teachesprovide Swedish courses at Umeå University, but they also have their own location downtown. - Prei is an international organization, with operating headquarters just outside of downtown. Not only do they Swedish classes, but also other activities for very cheap or even free of charge.
- Contact the International Coordinator (isc@hhus.se), when signing up for courses hosted by HHUS.
HHUS are hosting courses in both English and Swedish. An example of the English courses
that we are organizing is the CV workshop. The version of this semester is called Business
Communications and include a beneficial range of topics:
- CV writing
- Employment
- Job Interview
- Non-verbal communication
